Applied Artificial Intelligence and Engineering Journal (AEIJ) maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and academic misconduct. All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before entering the peer-review process to ensure the originality and integrity of scholarly publications.

The journal uses plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin and/or similar tools to evaluate the similarity level of submitted manuscripts. Authors are expected to submit original work that has not been previously published or submitted to another journal.

Manuscripts with a high level of similarity, evidence of plagiarism, improper citation, or duplicate publication may be rejected immediately by the editorial team. In general, the acceptable similarity index should not exceed 20%, excluding references, quotations, and commonly used terminology.

If plagiarism or unethical publication practices are identified before or after publication, the journal reserves the right to reject, revise, or retract the manuscript in accordance with publication ethics standards.

AEIJ is committed to promoting academic honesty, ethical research practices, and responsible scholarly publishing.
