Authors who submit manuscripts to Applied Artificial Intelligence and Engineering Journal (AEIJ) must follow the guidelines below to ensure consistency and quality in the publication process.
Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English.
The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the content, references, and data presented in the manuscript.
Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

The manuscript should generally contain the following sections:
Title
Author(s) Name and Affiliation
Abstract
Keywords

Title and Abstract
The title should be concise, clear, and informative.
The abstract should contain a brief overview of the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
The abstract should be between 150–250 words.
Provide 3–5 keywords related to the manuscript.
Formatting Requirements
Use A4 paper size with standard margins.
Use Times New Roman font, size 12 pt.
Use 1.5 line spacing.
Manuscripts should generally be between 5–15 pages, including references and appendices.
Figures and tables must be clearly labeled and placed within the text near the relevant discussion.
References
Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant references.
References should primarily come from scholarly journals, conference proceedings, and reputable academic sources.
Use a consistent citation style as specified in the journal template.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.
Authors should ensure that the submitted files are complete and properly formatted before submission.
The corresponding author will receive confirmation after successful submission.
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a peer-review process.
AEIJ applies a double-blind peer review system.
Editors reserve the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s standards, scope, or formatting requirements.
Publication Ethics
Authors must adhere to publication ethics standards, including:
Avoiding plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate publication.

Article Processing Charges
AEIJ does not charge any submission fees or article processing charges (APC). All accepted articles are published free of charge.
Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their published work. By submitting to AEIJ, authors grant the journal the right of first publication. Published articles may be distributed under an open-access license determined by the journal policy.
